SummitGrants is a professional writing service. For a one-time flat fee of $99 per application, we:
We are a writing service, not a funding source. We make no guarantee, representation, or warranty that using our services will result in your receiving any grant funding. Grant awards are made at the sole discretion of each respective grant organization.
Our $99 fee is for professional writing services only. You pay for the draft — not for a guarantee of winning. If you do not win the grant, you owe us nothing beyond the original $99 service fee.

Payment of $99 is due at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely via Stripe and Airwallex. We accept major credit and debit cards.
The $99 fee covers one (1) grant application draft for one (1) specified grant program. Each additional grant application requires a separate $99 payment.
Refund Policy: Because our service involves significant human labor that begins immediately upon receiving your intake form, we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced. If we are unable to deliver your draft within the promised 48-hour window due to circumstances on our end, we will either deliver as quickly as possible or issue a full refund at your request.
Upon full payment, you own the content we write for your grant application. You may use, submit, modify, and share it as you see fit for the purpose of applying for grants.
We retain the right to use anonymized, non-identifying aspects of our work for internal quality improvement purposes only. We will never share your business information or application content publicly without your explicit consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SummitGrants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data, arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim ($99).
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or likelihood of success of any grant application we prepare.
We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree to submit to binding arbitration rather than litigation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
